QUESTIONS ABOUT REGISTRATION
I can’t attend the entire conference. Can I register for one overnight stay only?
There is no option for one or even 2 overnight stays. Any overnights constitute a full stay.
Can I register for Sunday only?
We have only a Sabbath day only option however you may use that pay button and indicate that you will come on Sunday only.
Are there group rate discount plans?
Yes. See the registration page for group rate discounts for both the lodge (8 Sleep room) and the cabin (16 Sleep room).
I have already registered and have a room. Can I bring someone with me that will bring his or her food?
Everyone has to be registered and paid. The camp charges not by room but by person.
Can I come up, bring my own tent and sleep in it while bringing my own food?
The sleeping options are lodge, cabin or RV only. You can bring your own food but you still have to register at the same fee if you eat or not. Unless you are coming Sabbath only choosing the option “no meals.”
Do I have to pay and register my 2 year old?
Yes. The camp charges for children 2 and up the same fee as any one else less $20. End Times Like These Ministries will pay approximately ½ of the camp’s required fee for children ages’ 2-10. See registration page for fees for age’s 2-10.
I want to register now to get the lowest rate but my roommates haven't registered yet. Can I still register to get the lowest rate?
Yes, but if your roommates do not register by May 15, registration coordinator will assign roommates to your room.
What does my registration fee cover?
3 night stay plus 8 meals.
QUESTIONS ABOUT CHILDREN
Are there requirements for children attending under the age of 18?
Yes, a chaperone must accompany children under the age of 18. Parents must complete consent and Medical Release Forms.
Do I have to pay and register my 2 year old?

Is there a children's program?
Yes, children ages 12 and under may attend during seminars/workshops.
Can babies attend the conference for free?
Yes, 1 year and under.
QUESTIONS ABOUT PRESENTATIONS
Will the presentations be live streamed?
No. But they will be recorded for later viewing and purchase.
Will the presentations be recorded and made available for viewing and purchase?
Yes. DVD’s will be available for purchase. Some presentations will be viewable on the canuhearmenowconference.org website in the near future.

QUESTIONS ABOUT ACCOMMODATIONS
Do I have to bring bedding, towels and toiletries?
Yes for cabins. No for the lodge.
How many can sleep in a lodge room?
1-8
How many can sleep in a cabin?
1-24
Are there showers and bathrooms in the cabins?
No, only the lodge.
Are the shower/bathroom facilities near the cabins?
Yes. When registering request a cabin closest to the facilities if you'd prefer.
QUESTIONS ABOUT EXHIBITS
Can I just come and secure exhibit space without registering?
No. Registration is required for everyone on campus. If coming for one day, you must register for the day only. If staying overnight, you must register for full conference.
QUESTIONS ABOUT TRANSPORTATION/TRAVEL
Is there a transportation service to get to Camp Cedar Falls?
No. We are currently in process of raising funds to rent or purchase a van so that youth can be transported. We are hoping that we will be able to accomplish this by 2017.
What is the nearest airport to the camp ground?

QUESTIONS ABOUT THE CAMPGROUND
When does it snow there?
Anywhere between October - April, sometimes early May.
Is there wildlife?
Guests should be aware that CCF co-inhabits with coyotes, deer, bears and raccoons. Use caution when exploring the area, especially in the early mornings and evenings.
