UNBOUND AND VICTORIOUS

Key Verse: Psalm 107:14-15
He bought them out of darkness and the shadow of death, and broke their chains in pieces. Oh, that men would give thanks to the Lord for His goodness, and for all His wonderful works to the children of men.

Session 1:
Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego: Faithful, Unbound and Victorious

(Daniel 3)

Lesson: Like Shadrach, Meschach and Abednego, when we face very difficult trials, when people want to hurt us, God can deliver us and give us power to be faithful, just as He is faithful.

Session 2:
Paul and Silas: Joyful, Unbound and Victorious

(Acts 16:16-34)

Lesson: Like Paul and Silas, when we face very difficult trials, when we find ourselves in a sad or scary situation, God can deliver us and give us power to be joyful, because He is the source of true peace and joy.

Session 3
Man from Gadarenes: Grateful, Unbound and Victorious

(Mark 5:1-20)

Lesson: Like the man from Gadarenes, when we face very difficult trials, when we find ourselves doing things we do not want to do and we lose control, God can deliver us and give us the power to overcome and the ability to be grateful for all He has done. God alone can do what is impossible for man to do.

Session 4
Samson: Repentful, Unbound and Victorious

(Judges 16)

Lesson: Like Samson, when we face very difficult trials, when we find ourselves disobeying God and doing things that we know God would not want us to do, He can still deliver us and give us the heart to repent, for God alone can forgive our sins and help us do what is right.

Session 5:
Paul: Courageous, Unbound and Victorious

(Acts 21-28)

Lesson: Like Paul, when we face very difficult trials, when we know that God wants us to do something but we are not sure if we will be safe, God can give us the courage to move forward and follow His leading and He can deliver us to safety.

Session 6
Jesus: Powerful, Unbound and Victorious

(Matthew 27:1-2, 28:1-9)

Lesson: When we face very difficult trials, we can never lose hope because Jesus can and will give us victory, just as He has gained victory over death!
